Job Description:

American Casting Repair, Inc. is currently seeking experienced welders to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding functions in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, MIG and TIG welding, flux core welding, and fabrication work.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements
• Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
• Perform quality inspections on welded parts to ensure they meet company standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description:

American Casting Repair, Inc. is also looking for skilled machine shop operators to join our team. As a machine shop operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machine tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements
• Perform quality inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining problems as they arise
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine shop operator
• Knowledge of machining processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
