Job Responsibilities
Concrete Cutter/Saw Operator
As a Concrete Cutter/Saw Operator, you will be responsible for cutting and sawing concrete using specialized equipment. Your duties will include:
- Operating concrete cutting and sawing machinery
- Following safety protocols and procedures
- Working collaboratively with team members
- Maintaining tools and equipment
Water Well Driller
As a Water Well Driller, you will be responsible for drilling water wells for residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include:
- Operating drilling equipment to create water wells
- Ensuring wells are drilled to proper depths and specifications
- Installing pumps and related equipment
- Maintaining accurate records of drilling activities
General Contractor
As a General Contractor, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include:
- Managing project timelines and resources
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Quality control and site inspections
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of concrete cutting or water well drilling techniques (depending on the position)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
