Position: Mobile Home Park Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Mobile Home Park Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the park, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing park operations, including maintenance, landscaping, and security
• Assisting residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Enforcing park rules and regulations
• Collecting rent and managing finances
• Marketing available units and coordinating move-ins
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management, preferably in a mobile home park setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the housing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
