We are currently hiring for the following position:
Position: Event Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events hosted at our hotel, including weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that all details are executed flawlessly
Create and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure all logistical details are in place
Collaborate with our sales and catering teams to maximize revenue and exceed guest expectations
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and address any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and event planning software
