Job Title: General Practice Attorney

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated General Practice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of legal areas, including but not limited to family law, real estate, estate planning, and business law. As a General Practice Attorney at Riner Stephen N, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters for our clients, providing sound legal advice, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
• Provide counsel and guidance to clients on legal matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategies

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2-5 years of experience in general practice law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
