Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on matters related to corporation and partnership law
• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements and contracts
• Assist clients in entity formation and corporate governance issues
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to corporation and partnership matters
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing corporation and partnership law
• Demonstrated track record of success in handling complex corporate transactions
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
