Job Responsibilities:

• Originate residential mortgage loans
• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers
• Evaluate loan applications and determine creditworthiness
• Work closely with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure timely loan closings
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and mortgage products

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending
• Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and loan products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
