The Cunningham Law Firm: General Practice Attorney Position

The Cunningham Law Firm is a prestigious law firm located in the heart of downtown New York City. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Practice Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney to work with a diverse client base on a wide range of legal matters.

Job Title: General Practice Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Research and analyze complex legal issues
• Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve clients’ goals

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• 3+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in general practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism
