Job Title: Management Consultant/Business Coach & Consultant

Job Description:

As a Management Consultant/Business Coach & Consultant at American Trades Contracting, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to our clients to help them achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ business operations and performance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
• Provide coaching and mentorship to client executives and staff
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client skills and capabilities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
• Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in management consulting or business coaching
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
