Job Responsibilities:

• Screen and interview job applicants to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for various positions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and online sourcing
• Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and provide innovative staffing solutions
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the placement process from start to finish
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems
