We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Registered Nurse

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention
• Assess and evaluate patient needs

2. Certified Nursing Assistant

• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Provide personal care and companionship to patients
• Document and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

3. Hospice Care Coordinator

• Coordinate and manage the hospice care plan for patients
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families during end-of-life care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Requirements:

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing quality care to patients in need. The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Valid RN or CNA license for nursing positions
• Experience in home health or hospice care is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
