Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, as well as providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present and sell insurance policies to prospective clients
• Educate clients on the different types of insurance coverage available
• Help clients choose the best insurance plans to meet their individual needs
• Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
• Provide ongoing support to clients and address any inquiries or concerns

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Active insurance license
• Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience using insurance quoting software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
