Build on Your Lot by Coventry Homes is a leading construction company specializing in building custom homes on individual lots. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, we have established ourselves as a reliable and trusted home builder in the market. We are currently looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Home Builders and Building Contractors-Commercial & Industrial.

Position: Home Builder

As a Home Builder at Coventry Homes, you will be responsible for constructing custom homes on designated lots. Your duties will include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and architectural drawings
• Coordinating and supervising construction activities
• Ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to building codes
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Communicating with clients throughout the construction process

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A valid contractor’s license and a reliable mode of transportation are required.

Position: Building Contractor-Commercial & Industrial

As a Building Contractor at Coventry Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial and industrial buildings. Your duties will include:

• Developing and managing project budgets and timelines
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Hiring and supervising subcontractors and laborers
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction, a proven track record of successful project completion, and strong leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
