Position: Home Builder

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct new homes from start to finish, ensuring adherence to building codes and standards
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure plans are executed accurately
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets
• Inspect and ensure the quality of workmanship at each stage of the construction process
• Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain project momentum
• Communicate with homeowners to provide updates and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home building or construction
• Knowledge of residential building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
