We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch legal representation to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and child support matters
• Handle personal injury cases from start to finish, including negotiations with insurance companies and litigation in court
• Assist clients with estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients
• Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in family law, personal injury, or estate planning
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent research and writing skills
