Job Title: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
• Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures
• Provide strategic guidance based on financial analysis to drive business growth
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Title: Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
• Communicate with clients to address any accounting-related inquiries

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
