Position: Construction Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in construction-related matters
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court during litigation or arbitration proceedings
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with industry regulations
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in alternative dispute resolution processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing Construction Law
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
