We are currently seeking experienced Criminal Law Attorneys to join our team. As a Criminal Law Attorney at Terri R Jacobs Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, advocate for clients in court, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those facing criminal charges. If you are a passionate and dedicated attorney looking for a rewarding career in criminal law, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including but not limited to DUI/DWI, drug offenses, assault, and other criminal charges
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies
• Negotiate plea deals with prosecutors
• Prepare and present arguments in court
• Advise clients on legal options and potential outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and the court

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing criminal law
• Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
