We are Hiring: Home Health Aide

Citywide Home Health Service is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our growing team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help clients with mobility and transfers

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide
• Previous experience in home healthcare is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
