Position: Investment Analyst

We are currently seeking an Investment Analyst to support our investment team in analyzing potential investment opportunities, conducting research, and making recommendations on investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in investment analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Create financial models and forecasts to evaluate investment returns
• Prepare investment proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and assess the performance of existing investments
• Stay updated on market trends and economic developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment analysis
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Real Estate Manager

We are also looking for a Real Estate Manager to oversee the management of our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
• Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize returns
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare financial reports and budgets for property owners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
