Boutique Luxington is a high-end boutique located in the heart of the city, known for its luxurious and exclusive items. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Boutique Items Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional products and services to our customers.

Job Title: Boutique Items Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the selection and purchasing of boutique items, ensuring inventory is stocked with high-quality, on-trend products
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
• Create visually appealing displays to showcase boutique items and attract customers
• Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory as needed to meet customer demand
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote boutique items through various channels
• Supervise boutique staff and provide training on product knowledge and customer service

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a boutique or retail management role
• Demonstrated success in selecting and curating boutique items
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury brands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Proven leadership and team management skills
