We are Hiring: Loan Officer

As a Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients secure the best mortgage products and rates to fit their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans
• Advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments
• Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and legislation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or related field
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
