Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions
• Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients to set goals and track progress
• Facilitate communication and conflict resolution within families
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
