Job Title: Building Cleaners-Interior
Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Building Cleaners-Interior to join our team at Medina Countertops. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all interior areas of our buildings, including offices, workspaces, and common areas, are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Empty and dispose of trash in designated receptacles
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and pantry areas, including countertops and appliances
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
