Job Title: Pet Care Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and supervision for boarding pets
• Feed, exercise, and groom pets according to their individual needs
• Monitor pets for any signs of illness or distress and report any concerns to the management team
• Clean and sanitize kennels and common areas to maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Interact with pets through playtime, walks, and other activities to keep them happy and engaged
• Assist with bathing and grooming services as needed
• Administer medications to pets as directed by their owners
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners and address any questions or concerns

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with animals in a professional setting
• Ability to handle pets of all sizes and breeds with care and compassion
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
