We are Hiring General Contractors:

We are currently seeking experienced General Contractors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in all aspects of construction, including project management, estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor management. As a General Contractor at M. L. Deer Construction Company, L.P., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety on all job sites
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
