Join Our Team

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as General Contractors, Building Contractors, and Plumbers. If you have a passion for construction and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

General Contractors

• Compile and submit bids for construction projects
• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe work environment

Building Contractors

• Manage construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor quality control and safety standards
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Plumbers

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements

To be considered for a position with Haynes Construction & Contracting, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Certification or license in relevant field (for Plumbers)
