Position: Insurance Sales Agent

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Tejas Insurance Group, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and provide them with the insurance solutions they need to protect their assets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating leads and reaching out to potential clients
• Educating clients on different insurance products and coverage options
• Customizing insurance plans to suit each client’s individual needs
• Processing policy applications and renewals
• Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Insurance license preferred but not required (we will assist with obtaining licensing)
