Job Title: General Contractor

Job Description:

As a General Contractor at Mahaca Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Proficiency in project management software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
