We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Immigration Consultant

As an Immigration Consultant at O’Kehie & Associates, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their immigration needs, including visa applications, green card renewals, and citizenship applications. You will work closely with our team of attorneys to provide top-notch service to our clients and ensure that their immigration goals are met.

Attorney

We are also looking for experienced attorneys to join our team. As an Attorney at O’Kehie & Associates, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of immigration cases, from family-based petitions to complex business immigration matters. You will handle client consultations, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in immigration proceedings. Your expertise and guidance will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their immigration goals.

Requirements:

  • For Immigration Consultants:
    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Previous experience working in immigration consulting
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
  • For Attorneys:
    • Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the state bar
    • Experience practicing immigration law
    • Excellent legal research and writing skills
