Job Description

As a Member Services Representative at Together Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in serving our members and helping them with their financial needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting credit union products and services, and assisting members with transactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting members with account inquiries and transactions
• Promoting credit union products and services
• Opening and closing accounts
• Processing loan applications
• Resolving member issues and concerns
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Attention to detail and accuracy
