We are currently hiring for the following position:
Event Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring that all details are handled with care and precision
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure seamless event execution
Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and schedules
Handle all logistics, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and more
Provide on-site event support as needed, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown
Ensure that all events meet or exceed client expectations, resulting in positive feedback and repeat business
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Knowledge of the Banquet Halls & Reception Facilities and Party Planning industries
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
