We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring a skilled and motivated Insurance Attorney. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about insurance law and eager to make a positive impact in the legal field.

Job Title: Insurance Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to insurance companies and clients in insurance-related matters
• Research and analyze legal issues pertaining to insurance law
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and represent them in insurance-related litigation
• Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties
• Stay up-to-date on changes in insurance laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing insurance law
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the courts
