Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications
- Advise clients on trademark and copyright matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal opinions and agreements
- Negotiate licensing agreements
- Litigate intellectual property disputes
- Provide strategic counseling to clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one state
- 2+ years of experience in patent, trademark, or copyright law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
