1. General Contractors

Signature Homes is seeking experienced general contractors to join our team. As a general contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final completion. This includes managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all construction activities
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Handle communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality control

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

2. Home Builders

We are also looking for skilled home builders to join our team. As a home builder, you will be responsible for constructing new homes according to our company’s standards and specifications. This includes working closely with architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the project is completed to satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct new homes according to plans and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure quality control and adherence to building codes
• Maintain a clean and organized work site

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home building
• Strong carpentry skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

3. Real Estate Developers
