Position: Insurance Account Manager

As an Insurance Account Manager at Hays Companies, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring their insurance needs are met. You will work closely with clients to understand their risks and develop tailored insurance programs that address their specific needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and make a meaningful impact on their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze insurance coverage options
• Develop insurance programs that align with clients’ risk management strategies
• Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on insurance-related matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in insurance account management or related role
• Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
