Job Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Personal Injury Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
