Job Title: Home Repair & Maintenance Technician

Ameristar Apartment Services is a leading property maintenance company specializing in providing top-notch repair and maintenance services for apartment complexes across the region. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Home Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential units
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure the proper functioning of all systems
• Complete work orders in a timely manner and according to quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and more
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies
• Communicate effectively with property managers and residents to address concerns and provide updates on repair progress

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home repair and maintenance
• Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
