• Previous experience working as a florist

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Position: Gift Shop Associate

Are you a people person with a knack for helping customers find the perfect gift? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Gift Shop Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting gifts for various occasions
• Process orders and ensure accurate billing and shipping information
• Maintain a clean and organized gift shop
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of gift products and ability to make recommendations to customers
