Are you looking to join a dynamic team with opportunities for growth and advancement? 1ST GENERAL CONTRACTOR is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in various positions related to construction site clean-up, altering & remodeling contractors, and construction estimates.

Position: Construction Site Clean-Up Crew Member

Responsibilities:

• Clean construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
• Operate equipment such as brooms, shovels, and wheelbarrows
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Assist with loading and unloading materials

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction site clean-up preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license is a plus

Position: Altering & Remodeling Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Perform alterations, repairs, and remodels on residential and commercial properties
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a clean and organized work site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an altering & remodeling contractor
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Construction Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to obtain competitive pricing
• Track project expenses and adjust estimates as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction estimator
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in construction estimating software
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
