Job Title: Home Builders/General Contractors

Job Description:

• We are currently seeking experienced Home Builders/General Contractors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of home construction, including foundation work, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and finishing.
• Responsibilities will include overseeing construction projects from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in home construction
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of subcontractors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
