Loan Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and determine the best loan option for each customer.
• Assist customers in completing loan paperwork and answering any questions they may have.
• Review loan agreements with customers and ensure they understand the terms and conditions of the loan.
• Process loan payments and ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions.
• Work with customers to find solutions to any issues that may arise during the loan term.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations.
