Are you passionate about events and are looking to join a dynamic team in the industry? 3C EVENTS is currently seeking a talented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of events and collaborate with a creative team to bring clients’ visions to life.

Job Title: Event Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event professionals to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly
• Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and guest lists
• Handle on-site logistics and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees, ensuring a positive experience

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in event planning or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
