We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in various positions within the Gates & Accessories, Iron Work, and Welding departments. If you are passionate about construction, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

Available Positions

At 3rd Coast Developers, we have the following positions available:

• Welders
• Iron Work Specialists
• Gates & Accessories Installers

Job Responsibilities

Welders:

• Perform various types of welds on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

Iron Work Specialists:

• Fabricate and install iron gates, fences, and railings
• Work with various types of metals, including wrought iron and steel
• Measure and cut materials accurately
• Ensure that all iron work meets safety standards

Gates & Accessories Installers:

• Install and repair gates, gate openers, and related accessories
• Work with customers to determine their specific needs and preferences
• Ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process

Qualifications

To be considered for a position at 3rd Coast Developers, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in relevant skills (welding, iron work, gate installation, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
