Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Review and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
