The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project planning, and execution. As a General Contractor at A-1 Construction Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to quality control and on-site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing project plans and timelines
• Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control
• Supervising construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Managing client relationships and addressing any concerns
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely project completion

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a General Contractor
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid contractor’s license and insurance
