Job Title: Automobile Body Repair Technician

As an Automobile Body Repair Technician at A AA Collision Center, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. Your main duties will include:

• Assessing vehicle damage and creating repair plans
• Performing body repairs, including straightening, welding, and panel replacement
• Sanding, prepping, and painting vehicles
• Ensuring quality control and completing final inspections
• Collaborating with team members and communicating with customers

Job Title: Automobile Painter

As an Automobile Painter at A AA Collision Center, you will be responsible for applying paint to vehicles to match factory specifications. Your main duties will include:

• Mixing paint colors to achieve a perfect match
• Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding and masking
• Applying primer, basecoat, and clearcoat layers
• Using paint guns and other tools to achieve a flawless finish
• Ensuring paint quality and refinishing damaged areas

Qualifications:

To be successful in these roles, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto body repair or painting
• Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Certification in auto body repair or painting is preferred
