Job Title: Moving Equipment Rental Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their moving equipment rental needs
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
• Process rental orders and handle payments
• Maintain a clean and organized rental equipment area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information on available equipment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift and move heavy items
