Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their moving equipment rental needs
Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Process rental orders and handle payments
Maintain a clean and organized rental equipment area
Answer customer inquiries and provide information on available equipment
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Must be able to lift and move heavy items
