Auto Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description:

As an Auto Insurance Sales Agent at A Abana Insurance, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our auto insurance products to prospective clients. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers, assess their insurance needs, and provide them with personalized insurance quotes. Your primary goal will be to increase our customer base and contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking events
  • Educate potential customers about our auto insurance offerings and assist them in selecting the best insurance coverage for their individual needs
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining coverage details, premiums, and policy terms
  • Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Insurance agent/broker license is preferred but not required (we will provide training and support for obtaining licensure)
