We are currently hiring for the following position:

Auto Insurance Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess customers’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes
• Generate new business through prospecting and networking activities
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and cross-selling additional products
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized
